LEADERSHIP

Whether they know it or not, every student is a leader in their life. What differs is how they lead.

Few things are more important in education than guiding our future leaders.

Leadership is a skill which can be developed and it all starts with getting to know and embrace one’s self.  Each of the Focussed Fish leadership programs for high school were developed with these concepts in mind.

The programs take students on a journey of self-discovery, and use a unique approach to energising and inspiring students to be the best version of themselves.  Once students understand that they are contagious, an opportunity is created to choose what type of footprint they would like to leave in the world.

I am excited to share my workshops with you, some of which have been delivered since 2010.

Personal Leadership: Leading from the Inside Out

Leading from the Inside Out  is the flagship workshop for high school students from Focussed Fish.

This workshop reaches into the hearts and minds of students and guides them to hold the mirror up to themselves so they can expand into the leader who has always been nestled inside.  Students actively participate in connecting with the uniqueness & power of who they are at their core & are provided the opportunity to embody this version of themselves with enthusiasm and certainty.

Stephanie uses her own blend of skills from the performing arts, teaching, neurolinguistic programming, leadership coaching and elite sport to engage and transform students beyond who they were when they entered the room.
