COACHES, ADMINISTRATORS, OFFICIALS
No one knows the value of a coach more than sports people.
However, how often do coaches, administrators and officials really get the opportunity to receive quality, timely, honest game changing coaching? Rarely in my experience.
As a former professional coach, I know what it’s like to feel you want to be better at your job, make a bigger difference and find the difference that makes the difference. Much of the time you have competing priorities and don’t feel you can make the space for meaningful change. Many coaches feel burnt out – and while their athletes finally get a break between training cycles for recovery, coaches can be off trying to discover new ways to innovate, rather than recharge. This is a recipe for relationship breakdown, disconnection from friends and family, and ultimately, ones self.
As an administrator you are likely dealing with volunteers, a range of stakeholders from staff, to board members, athletes and parents. There is barely time to think, never mind dedicating the time to having the influencing skills to get everyone moving in the same direction!
And as an official, it is often the case that you don’t receive the same level of resourcing and support that you could do with – but you want to be at the top of your game too.
It is possible for you to get the support you need, in the way you need it with 1 on 1 coaching.

BREAKTHROUGH COACHING
Feel like there is something in your way preventing you from performing at your best?
You might know what it is and be at a loss at what to do about it, or you might not be able to put your finger on why this barrier keeps popping up.
Maybe you are wanting to influence your staff, team or self in a particular way, and you know you keep behaving in a way that is counter productive.
Maybe you have felt like an imposter, wondering why you are still actually in your job?
Maybe other self-doubt has plagued you, or there are heavy feelings – pressure, anxiety, the need to pleasure and appease so many. Maybe there are feeling of anger that keep popping up and you just wish they would go away.
The Breakthrough Program uses cutting edge neurological reprogramming tools to cut through your conscious mind to your unconscious and get to the core of the issue. It will interrupt old patterns of programming, feelings and behaviour and wire in new patterns so you can have a different response.
If you are feeling like you want to achieve things and you keep sabotaging yourself, then this program is for you.
This powerful program is over to sessions totalling between 3.5 hours to 4.5 hours. There are tasks for you to do in between sessions which are easy to do, and will take between 1 to 2 hours to complete.

CAREER TRANSITION
So, it’s time for something new in your career?
As a coach, administrator or official, you have developed a range of transferrable skills that will be welcomed across industries.
If you don’t know where to start, this 6 session program will set you on your way.
Many sports people make the mistake of thinking that they have to decide what to “do” next. They look at the range of options and get lost in the sea of possibility and confused about what the best fit is.

- A plan with next steps with how to approach your transition
