A comprehensive 20 module leadership program designed for sporting leaders to further enhance their leadership skills, increase their confidence and step into to their own leadership style.

How is this delivered?
This program can be delivered face to face, remotely via webinar, or a combination of delivery methods.  For best results it is suggested that there is no more than two weeks between modules.  There are tasks to complete in between modules and participants are supported by buddies on some of these tasks.

TEAM UNITY PROGRAM

Who is this for?
This workshop is for sporting organisations & teams who want to get on the same page and set the scene to develop a positive, supportive culture.

The underlying issue for the majority of personal and workplace conflicts comes down to a conflict in values. Values are the things that are important to us. People spend time and energy in these areas, so it is vital that there is agreement as to what the shared values are going to be so everyone is clear as to the group expectation.

Who is this for?
Resilience building is for everyone!  In the “Riding the Rapids” workshop, participants use self-discovery to nurture their inner seed of resilience.  Participants will build their own resilience model to start using straight away.
